The Global Liquidity Indicator (GLI) has shown a substantial increase, surging by $1.7 trillion since Monday.
This significant boost in global liquidity is clearly reflected in our Rate of Change (RoC) Oscillator chart, indicating a positive market shift.
Recently, the 3-month RoC has crossed over the 12-month RoC.This crossover is a crucial signal, often hinting at potential changes in market direction or momentum.
It suggests that the shorter-term liquidity dynamics are beginning to outpace the longer-term trends.
A driving factor behind this recent upward movement in the RoC Oscillator is the continued downwards trend in the MOVE index.
We are closely monitoring the trends in the 3-month and 12-month RoCs, and are waiting for the weekly close before sending out the comprehensive global liquidity update on Monday.
